Dr Sabina Nowak at the United Nations and Teachers College, Columbia University: Teacher Well-Being and Education in a Global Perspective

Dr Sabina Nowak participated in the international conference Bridging Well-Being and (Teacher) Education: A Globalised Perspective to Science Diplomacy, held on 23–26 February 2026 in New York, at the United NationsHeadquarters and at Teachers College, Columbia University.
As part of the academic programme, Dr Nowak delivered a paper entitled “Interplay Among Socio-Emotional Well-Being and Identity in CLIL Reflective Discourse”, which addressed the interconnections between teachers’ socio-emotional well-being, professional identity, and reflective practices in bilingual and CLIL education.
Her participation contributed to international scholarly exchange and positioned research on academic didactics within broader discussions linking education, well-being, and science-informed policy-making.
