Women in Higher Education Fellowship (WiHE) 2025/2026

We are pleased to announce that Dr. Sabina A. Nowak has been selected as one of only twenty women worldwide to join the prestigious 2025/2026 Women in Higher Education Fellowship (WiHE), organized by Professors Without Borders (Prowibo).

This distinguished fellowship brings together an international cohort of female academics committed to advancing equity, innovation, and excellence in higher education. Over the course of ten months, fellows will engage in a series of scholarly exchanges, leadership development opportunities, and collaborative projects that promote global academic dialogue and mentorship.

The fellowship is chaired by Dr. Julia Sargent and co-chaired by Dr. Ilka Kostka, with strategic support from Dr. Caroline Varin, Chief Executive Officer of Professors Without Borders and Head of the Prowibo Think Tank.

Dr. Nowak’s appointment to this highly competitive program reflects her ongoing contributions to educational research, teacher training, and cross-cultural academic initiatives. Her participation in the WiHE Fellowship will further strengthen international networks and support the global mission of inclusive, transformative education.
