Dr Sabina Nowak receives a certificate “Trainer in Mental Resilience and Well-Being in Work with Children and Youth”

We are pleased to announce that Dr Sabina Nowak has successfully completed the training project “Trainer in Mental Resilience and Well-Being in Work with Children and Youth”, earning a certificate that confirms her qualifications in this important area.

The project was 97% funded by the “Science for Society” programme of the Ministry of Education and Science and by the University of the Commission of National Education in Kraków. Its aim was to prepare teachers, educators, caregivers, psychologists, therapists, trainers, and community leaders to support children and adolescents based on the 4P Model (Prevention – Promotion – Crisis Intervention – Return to Health).

The training focused on building participants’ knowledge and skills related to mental health and psychological resilience in children and young people, using the latest findings from both Polish and international research. It also included hands-on development of intervention techniques, diagnostic and therapeutic tools, and the implementation of functional resources tailored to the diverse needs of young people.   1. Mental resilience and psychological hardiness
  2. Goal-setting and prioritisation
  3. The 4P Model and the sense of well-being
  4. The search for meaning and logotherapy
  5. Foundations of Rational Behavior Therapy (RBT)
  6. Tests, techniques, and tools for building mental resilience
    PLUS – supervision sessions (2h/microgroup)
