Call for Papers
2nd International Student and Doctoral Research Conference
Artificial Intelligence in Language Learning and Teaching 2026
Creativity in L2 Learning and Teaching in the age of Generative AI
Following the 1st International Student and Doctoral Research Conference, which focused on the general opportunities and challenges of artificial intelligence (AI), the Student-Doctoral Research Society SNEC invites submissions for the 2026 edition. This year, the conference centres on the intersection of human creativity and Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) in the context of foreign and second language (L2) acquisition and pedagogy.
GenAI continues to change the nature of didactic material development and learner autonomy. The conference aims to explore how these technologies can be leveraged to foster creative expression in L2 education.
